1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GreekBox website (greek-box.com) or subscribing to any GreekBox service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers and any other users of the site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Service
GreekBox is a subscription box service that delivers officially licensed sorority apparel, accessories and lifestyle products to subscribers on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. All items are custom-curated based on the sorority and sizing information you provide at signup.
GreekBox operates exclusively through our website. All products are officially licensed through Affinity Licensing. All sorority marks, letters and crests are used with full authorization from the respective organizations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to GreekBox. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
GreekBox is intended for current sorority members and alumnae. While we do not independently verify membership status, subscription implies acknowledgment of the sorority affiliation represented at checkout.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
GreekBox subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or annually) unless cancelled before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize GreekBox to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Current pricing: Monthly plan at $59.99 per month. Quarterly plan (save 20%) billed as $143.97 every three months. Annual plan (save 30%) billed as $503.92 per year. Prices are subject to change with advance notice to existing subscribers.
All charges are processed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
To cancel, log into your account at greek-box.com and navigate to Subscription Settings. If you experience difficulty cancelling, contact us at hello@greek-box.com and we will process your cancellation within one business day.
GreekBox reserves the right to cancel any subscription at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks or violation of these Terms.
6. Pause Policy
Active subscribers may pause their subscription for up to two consecutive months per calendar year through the account dashboard. Paused subscriptions resume automatically at the end of the selected pause period. No box is shipped and no charge is made during a pause period.
7. Products and Customization
Each box is curated based on the sorority selection and sizing information provided at signup. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure this information is accurate. GreekBox is not responsible for items that do not fit due to inaccurate sizing information provided by the subscriber.
Box contents vary monthly and are not disclosed in advance. Specific items cannot be requested, swapped or substituted. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
All designs included in GreekBox boxes are created exclusively for subscribers. These designs are not sold in retail stores, on Amazon, Etsy or any third-party marketplace and are not available outside of an active subscription.
8. Shipping and Delivery
All subscriptions include free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Boxes ship between the 15th and 20th of each month. A tracking number is provided by email once your box ships.
GreekBox is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, incorrect address information or circumstances beyond our control. If a box is lost or undeliverable due to an address error provided by the subscriber, a replacement may be issued at the subscriber’s cost.
International shipping is not currently available.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom and exclusive nature of our products, GreekBox does not accept returns or offer exchanges on boxes or individual items. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at hello@greek-box.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will issue a replacement or credit at our discretion.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed product defect or error on GreekBox’s part.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the GreekBox website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of GreekBox or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All sorority names, letters, crests and marks used on GreekBox products are the property of their respective organizations and are used under license through Affinity Licensing. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any licensed marks is strictly prohibited.
Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any GreekBox content or product designs without express written permission.
11. Ambassador Program
Participation in the GreekBox Ambassador Program is subject to separate Ambassador Terms provided upon acceptance. Commission rates, payment schedules and content requirements are outlined in those terms. GreekBox reserves the right to modify or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time.
Ambassadors must disclose their relationship with GreekBox in all sponsored content in accordance with FTC guidelines. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination from the program.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreekBox and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, products or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to GreekBox in the three months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
