Here is what you need to know before reaching out.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a credit — no questions asked.
If you feel an item does not meet the GreekBox standard, reach out within 14 days and describe the issue. We take quality seriously and review every concern personally.
Because every box is custom-curated and exclusively made, we are not able to accept returns for items you simply do not love. That said — reach out. We would rather find a solution than lose a subscriber.
Send a message to hello@greek-box.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. The more detail the better.
Our team reads every message personally and responds within 2 business days with a resolution or a follow-up.
Approved cases receive a replacement shipped at no cost or a credit applied to your next box — whichever works best for you.
All return, exchange and quality claims must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. Claims submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for resolution, though we review each case individually.
If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, email hello@greek-box.com within 14 days. Include your name, order number and clear photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full credit to your account.
If you receive an item for the wrong sorority or in the wrong size due to an error on our end, contact us immediately. We will verify against your account preferences and ship the correct item as quickly as possible.
Sizes are applied automatically from your account profile. If an item does not fit, first check that your sizes are correct in your account settings. If the size we shipped matches what is on file and still does not fit as expected, reach out and we will do our best to help. We recommend reviewing our Size Guide before each cycle.
Due to the custom, licensed and exclusive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for: items you no longer want, items that have been worn or washed, items ordered in error on your end, or claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery. We genuinely want you to love everything in your box, so please reach out if something feels off.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once your box has shipped. If your box has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel the current cycle, contact us immediately at hello@greek-box.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
GreekBox is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your box, contact your carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us and we will work with you to find a solution.
